Enjoy a comfortable 3 bedroom w/ air conditioning, 4 beds, 2 bath villa that can comfortably fit 6 to 8 people, baby playpen crib provided, enjoy the clean swimming pool 5-7m long, billiards pool table, gas bbq outside, relax and enjoy the spacious backyard, huge kitchen with all the amenities at your service even an oven for cooking, shake up some margaritas at the bar and sit on the 3 large couches watch the big screen tv netflix, youtub, work desk, go see an event at true arena nearbye. The space The open space is like no other, the bar area fits nice to make some margaritas as you watch tv on the big screen and the family sites on the 2 big couches. The kitchen is idea for the chefs of chefs, to have space and all the ameneties to provide your family with a great meal, even roasting an oven, or barbecuing some steaks outside while your family smashes the stick to the balls on the pool table, as you sit on the lounge chairs enjoying the beautiful garden and the poool where you or your kids can play and enjoy the fresh clean water or take in sun on the sun bathing lounge chairs. The bedrooms are nicely set up with a master bedroom with hot water, private bathoom, fan and air conditioning. The center room has 2 single beds with air conditioning a make up mirror and closet. in between the 2nd room and the 3rd room is a central bathroom with nice shower, and the 3rd room has a secret door to the pool and pooltable area for those that like to sneak out at night, this room has a queen bed like the master bedroom, with fan, and airconditioning and closet to keep your clothes. The parking area is gated to keep you all safe and sound while enjoying our villa. Guest access The house is made for you to feel at home, treat it as your vacation home, enjoy every part of the house/villa, private pool, private bbq, private pooltable, and big screen tv with netflix, youtube etc. Other things to note NO SMOKING in the house!, if guests need the house to be cleaned during the stay for those staying longer than 1 week or more, then it can be arranged for a fee. If the house is not cleaned enough when you come please let us know .
