Ground floor apartment in downtown Seville

Cozy apartment in the historic center of Seville, next to the Church of San Esteban and Plaza de Pilatos, about a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral. If you come by car, you should know that in the center it is not possible to park but there is a good connection to the urban transport network, and a short walk from the shopping and leisure area. The apartment is on a cul-de-sac, which shelters it from the hustle and bustle of the Avenue; ideal for rest and cultural getaways. The space This is a small apartment located on the lower floor (ground floor) of a typical Seville apartment block, located in a cul-de-sac that isolates it from the hustle and bustle of the main avenue; it is usually a quiet area, although it is possible on some occasions to hear the neighbors on the street. This apartment is private, and is equipped for a maximum of 2 people: it has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a sofa (not a bed), and a lift-up dining table. The kitchen has the basic cooking elements: microwave, kettle (not for milk), toaster, Italian coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, vegetable strainer, cutlery, wine glasses. For food safety, you won't find any food in this apartment. A set of towels (small and large) will be provided for each guest, sheets on the bed and a bath mat. In the bathroom you will also find shampoo and a hairdryer. - It does not have a crib or is suitable for toddlers. - No pets allowed. - No extra beds available. - No iron or laundry detergent. The wifi is shared for the entire block, so it is NOT recommended for teleworking, and its proper functioning cannot be ensured, which will depend on the people who are using it. The apartment is well located to enjoy Semana Santa, being close to the Cathedral; while to go to the Feria venue you will only have to take a bus on the Avenue next to the apartment, to go and return. Guest access The wifi is shared for the entire block, so we cannot ensure that it will go at high speed as it will depend on the people who are connected to it. I don't recommend it for teleworking. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: The regulations in Andalusia establish the obligation to fill out a TRAVELER'S REPORT, which will be sent to you the day before your arrival for EACH GUEST to sign. This is a necessary requirement to stay, so we will need a mobile phone to send it.
