Gorgeous riverfront escape for friends and family!

The ultimate retreat spot - for a summer getaway, a romantic weekend away, a family or friends vacation. Our two small houses are on the river, and come with kayaks, a canoe, floats & a paddle board. The main house has a master bedroom, a small room with mini-bunkbeds for kids, kitchen, small living room, fireplace/woodstove, full bathroom & grill. The second house is a large studio with a queen bed and 4 couches for crashing, a large tv & full bathroom+bath. Both houses have decks. The space Our two homes are not large, but they have everything you need and have been the site of tremendous joy and fun for us and our friends and family for many years. We're right on the river and have a ton of land for running around, kicking a ball, having an evening s'mores hang, or just chilling on the deck. The ultimate three-season fly fishing retreat spot is located in Hancock, NY (about 2-2.5 hours from NYC). Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The main house comfortably fits two adults in the primary bedroom with a king bed, and two young children (about 6 years or under) in a small room with mini-bunkbeds. This house has a kitchen, small living room, wood stove, full bathroom & grill. The second house (both included in the rental) is an open studio configuration with a queen bed and living area, a large tv & full bathroom with bathtub/shower (this house sleeps a maximum of five, with two in the queen bed, one on the twin trundle and two on couches).
