Villa Pi is located in Torre Colimena, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of the Salina dei Monaci Nature Reserve, a 3-minute drive from Punto Prosciutto. The house is equipped with a private front patio and the private back garden with outdoor bathroom. Two double bedrooms is an en-suite bathroom, kitchen equipped with dishes. The house is equipped with a washing machine. Linens (sheets and towels) are available upon request at a fee. The space The villa is composed by a nice front garden equipped with a barbecue and covered veranda that allows you to enjoy the shade on hot summer days, in the back we find another garden that guarantees guests maximum privacy, equipped with an outdoor shower as well as a bathroom/laundry room equipped with an additional shower. The house has a maximum capacity of 5 people, inside we find an Open Space consisting of Kitchen and Living room in addition to two double rooms and bathroom complete with shower, in the hallway we find a spacious closet.
