Yellow Bayou Plantation Home

The Yellow Bayou Plantation Home is a Georgian Colonial home located on the Lake Chicot. It is a white brick home with the focal point of the exterior being the large Tuscan columns that make up the front porch. The downstairs of the home is primarily made of three very large rooms: The reception hall, Drawing Room, Dining room. The grounds of the home are large and spacious and feature very mature pecan and oak trees, some date well over 100 years. There is a tennis court, but needs painting. The space The house is being listed with more of a venue mindset. You get the house and grounds for the rental price. The house is constantly under restoration and renovation to bring it back to its original state. I would suggest coming to see the house before renting it. The money from rentals is primarily going back into the home, so if paid upfront i can apply the money to restoration before the rented date if needed.
