The property is in a handy location on the main Te Anau - Milford Sound Highway, only a short drive to the lake, cycle tracks, bars, restaurants, shops and activities available in Te Anau, or travel to Manapouri or through to Milford Sound. The space This air-conditioned residence has, in addition to a superior kitchen and lounge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms clustered around a large north facing, sun soaked 68m2 deck. The two main bedrooms and lounge have large sliding doors onto this spacious private deck, offering awesome indoor/outdoor living options and mountain views. A section of this deck is roofed over, providing a sheltered and dry BBQ area with outdoor furniture seating six. This enticing outdoor area leads into a beautiful cottage style garden with numerous flowers and trees, pebbled paths and a private back lawn, all fenced to prevent those little people being able to wander off the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay including modern appliances, as per the photos. Fresh laundered sheets from the laundry are provided along with towels and some toiletries. High speed WIFI is also available. There is handy parking for three cars or space for your boat, off the street and right at the front door. The community covered swimming pool, open in summer, is a short walk away.
