Welcome to our private studio. You have your own private entrance, room and bathroom. We are a 2 minute walk from the dairy, 5 minute walk from the supermarket and a 10 minute walk from all the local shops in Mosgiel. Next door is the restaurant Nellies , which has excellent food. The space This is a private room attached to a house. It has its own private bathroom and entrance. In the bedroom is a queen bed, lazy boy chair, table and 2 chairs, fridge, jug (with items to make tea and coffee) and a tv. Guest access Ample parking, your own bathroom. Table and two chairs to eat at. Fridge, Microwave and jug to make basic food and hot drinks. During your stay Available between the hours of 9am and 7pm
