The space Although it is a detached house, very quiet and pleasantly relaxing, the necessary services are within walking distance: in front of the house there is an excellent bakery that makes sweets and excellent bread, a coop market with quality products and a delicious restaurant under the fortress. Guest access In front of the apartment there is a small paved garden and in the lower part a large wooded and shaded space where guests can, if they wish, spend their time. The apartment is completed by a comfortable laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board. Parking is available on the driveway leading to the house Other things to note The house, on two floors and two apartments, is spread over four sides. The entrance overlooks the road that leads to places of historical interest (the medieval fortress and the two historic centers of Castiglione and Rocca d'Orcia) and to commercial activities useful for your stay; the other sides overlook gardens and vegetable gardens where tranquility and nature reign. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Montalcino. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and well-organized.
