My name is Sunny Oh and I live here with my daughter, and we welcome guests to our clean and cozy home in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Fairfax, VA. The house is just a 15-minute walk to Vienna Metro Station, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Metrobus and CUE buses stop right in front of the home for easy transportation. We hope you’ll feel at home here—your room is Room #1. The space This room is perfect for students, employees, and businessmen, etc. Our place is the end unit of a three-level townhouse. We live on the main floor but there are three guest rooms downstairs and two guest rooms upstairs. Metro house is upstairs. These are separated so they are in a private space. The basement is a walkout level so it has a separate entrance. There is also a laundry room and a small kitchenette with a dining area in the basement. Guest access Guests can use either the front door or the back door in the basement. The same entry code is used for both doors. The kitchen on the main floor is not for guest use. Instead, use the kitchenette in the basement. The laundry room in the basement is also available for guest use. During your stay Yes, I will communicate with guests about this area. Ask me about things to do such as restaurants, transportation, and events. Other things to note 1. Due to limited on-site parking, we kindly ask guests to use street parking along Mission drive, just a short walk away. It is first-come, first-served, and we’re always happy to assist if needed. 2. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours after 10 PM and refrain from hosting parties. 3. The washer and dryer are available for guests staying 3 nights or longer, between 8 AM and 10 PM. 4. For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted indoors, and we kindly ask that shoes be removed inside the home. 5. This room is intended for one guest only. If you plan to have an additional guest, please contact the host in advance for approval.
