The rear bedroom has a queen sized bed and the front bedroom also has a queen bed. The home has central heat and air, high speed internet and a stack washer dryer. Kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Guest access This home is adjacent to 2 city parks--Indian Trail Park and the 17 Acre Wood. You walk out the front door and onto the Ellerbee Creek walking path, which follows the Ellerbee Creek to yet another city park, Westover Park, about 3 blocks away. You'll feel like you're in the country all the while being about a mile from Duke campus and hospital. Other things to note This home is allergen-free and has a HEPA filter, whole-home dehumidifier, hardwood floors, fragrance-free cleaners and soaps, and has been animal-free for over 5 years. To maintain the allergen-free status, we do no allow any animals (including ESAs or Service Animals) or fragrance-containing products (candles, air fresheners, etc.) in the home at any time. This home is exempt from ADA and FHA regulations regarding service animals for 2 documented reasons and bringing animals into the home will result in the guest being charged for professional remediation and cleaning fees to bring it back to its allergen-free status.
