Modern Cottage in Helsby, Cheshire

Hello, we are Ann and Dave, we are excited to welcome to you our cottage that is located on the grounds of our home in Helsby. The property was built in 2020 and we are proud to have created a modern escape nestled in the beautiful countryside surroundings. Located on the picturesque Helsby Hill, we provide a tranquil, relaxing environment that is also in close proximity to lots of great attractions, things to see and places to visit. See our guide book The space You will have the whole cottage to yourself. It has one bedroom with a kingside bed, a modern wet room and a stylish open plan kitchen (with boiling water tap), dining, living space with a double bed settee. The property has underfloor heating throughout. We also have a dyson fan to help keep you cool during hot weather. We think we have provided most of the things needed for time away. Feel free to look through all the draws & cupboards as tea towels, cutlery, kitchen utensils , hand clothes steamer, hairdryer etc, are all available to make your stay comfortable. Guests have access to our pantry which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a drawer (labelled “Little Cobbes” in the freezer that your welcome to use during your stay as the fridge within the property has no freezer. Guest access You have the entire cottage plus access to the pantry which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer that your welcome to use during your stay. Free on site parking is available for 2 cars within the grounds. Other things to note Instructions for the boiling water tap are printed by the tap. The window and blinds in the shower room are remote( the window has a rain sensor) the controls are situated on the wall on the right as you enter the bathroom. The bathroom radiator is heated (&can be set on a timer)if you wish to dry towels. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout. We provide a Dyson fan to cool the property on those hot sunny days! The blinds and windows in the bedroom require a pole which is situated at the back of the wardrobe on the left. An outside bin & recycling bags are situated in the parking area. We do provided a printed guide book in the cottage if you need any instructions for appliances etc.
