As the main house of a duplex, it’s the perfect base to explore all the charm Santa Fe has to offer! The space This is a lovely home in the historic district of Sante Fe. Two blocks from the Capital and the beautiful Santa Fe plaza! Two Blocks from EV chargers, Pasquale’s, the Shed, Tia Sophia and the galleries of Canyon Road! The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen and a living room with a couch, new smart TV, fire place, and dining room are also located upstairs. Downstairs there is full living room with a couch, Smart TV, and desk. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. If you would like to bring a pet (one dog) with pre-approval we require an additional security/damage deposit, which we will return upon an end of stay walk through with the Property Manager. Guest access Things to Note The front courtyard is a shared access point for the entrances of both units. Parking: Guests of the Main House are welcome to park one car in the driveway. Please park on the far left side to avoid blocking the front gate. The other car in the driveway belongs to the neighbor and is not associated with our property. Essentials: This is a long-term rental, and we provide initial essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags to get you started. Please note that we do not restock these items during your stay. Personal toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, are not provided, so please bring your own. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other things to note This is the main house of a duplex. The front courtyard is a shared access point to both units' front doors, but is reserved for Casita guests to enjoy as an outdoor space. The private backyard is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the main house (this listing). WINTER ADVISORY: Please It does snow in the winter in Santa Fe. It doesn't always stick, but it does snow, so please be prepared. We have shovels for your use should you need them.
