The single room is bright, quiet with a comfortable bed. The access to the bathroom is from the hallway. The bathroom was recently refurbished with a bathtub and shower use. We have wifi and parking space on our driveway. There is no access to the kitchen, should you wish to use it there is a supplementary fee of £6 a day. Pets are not allowed as I have a dog here, he is friendly but if you are scared of dogs it is advised to stay elsewhere. Smoking is not allowed in the house premises. Guest access Single room, bathroom, hallway and garden. As a guest, you will have access to all mentioned rooms in the property except the kitchen without extra cost (£6 per day). However, please note that you will still have access to the kitchen's refrigerator for storing any items you may need during your stay except cooking. No smoking on the premises, garden included. Other things to note The room does not have a desk but a nest table, perhaps not ideal for someone willing to work from home.
