The Penthouse crowns the home as a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee, leisurely meals, or festive evenings with family and friends. Start your day with a made-to-order breakfast lovingly prepared by our caring onsite team. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged upon request, featuring fresh local flavors and island-inspired dishes. Our friendly staff are always ready to assist—whether helping you plan island tours, arrange rentals, or simply ensuring you have everything you need—while always respecting your privacy and pace. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a large master suite with a California king bed and private bath. The open-concept living and dining area flows to a spacious lanai and has its own private entrance for added convenience. The second floor mirrors the layout, featuring another inviting living area, full kitchen, and a wide private veranda with peaceful mountain views—perfect for evening wine or quiet morning coffee. Guest access PENTHOUSE Enjoy your access to our beautiful Penthouse offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with a lounge, a mini bar that fits everybudget and 2 large view decks! POOL & RESORT ACCESS Just steps away, the nearby clubhouse offers a peaceful pool and cozy café, while Tag Resort invites you to enjoy poolside leisure, handcrafted cocktails, and live island entertainment. Access to both nearby facilities is OPTIONAL and available for a nominal fee ($10-$15 per person). Other things to note Meet Prince, Our Resident Host Bella Villa also shares its home with Prince, our gentle orange rescue cat and beloved local celebrity. Often found basking in the garden or greeting guests from the veranda, he brings a touch of warmth and personality to the villa’s serene setting. Prince is independent and well-mannered, but if you prefer not to interact with him, our team will ensure he keeps his royal distance—though he may still honor you with a passing glance.
