Spacious apartment on the Binnerotteplein hotspot

On the 3th and 4th floor in the city centre of Rotterdam the spacious apartment overviews the Binnerotte with the Laurens Church and the Markethall. It's located behind the ''Meent'', one of the most popular and high end streets of Rotterdam, with shops, restaurants and the best ice shop of Rotterdam. From here it's a 5 minute walk to the train station Blaak where you can take the train to all the other big city's and tourist hotspots. Rotterdam central is a 15 minute walk or 3 tram stops away. The apartment is situated behind one of the most popular and high end streets of Rotterdam: ''the Meent'' and on the famous Binnerotteplein with the Laurens Church, the Market hall and Blaak on the end. On Tuesday and Saturday the Rotterdam city Market is in front of your doorstep where you can buy Dutch treats, fresh fish, veggies and flowers. The Blaak train station is a 5 minute walk and Rotterdam central is a 15 minute walk. From here you can take the train and be in Den Haag within 20 minutes or Amsterdam within 40 minutes by intercity train. The location is perfect if you want to explore Rotterdam by foot. From here you can walk to the Museumpark, Witte de With, Boijmans Depot, the Koopgoot and the Coolsingel. When you are tired of walking take the tram or metro back and walk 2 minutes to the apartment. Or you can rent a bike nearby or take the Felyx scooters on the street (make sure to download the app and create an account a week before you arrive). Also there is a boat company in front of your door where you can rent an electric boat and explore Rotterdam by water. The tour is beautiful and relaxing. When you had your day of exploring the Netherlands or any other activity you will come ''home'' to the spacious living area with the open fully equipped kitchen where you can cook dinner or order take out from the bar. After dinner relaxt on the comfortable sofa and watch a movie on the smart TV. On the top floor of the apartment you will find a spacious bathroom with a tub and rain shower. The main bedroom has a Swiss Sense kingsize bed (180 x 210 cm) and a walk in closet. The room access to to the balcony with high chairs, a bar and a lounge sofa, from here you can enjoy the sunset and overlook the Sint Jacobsplein. The second bedroom with 2 comfortable boxspring beds (90 x 210 cm) has a great view overlooking the Binnerotte square and the Laurens church. The beds can be put together to create a second kingsize bed (make sure to let us know on time so we can put them together for you). The room has a build in closet for your clothes. The third and smalles bedroom has a 2 person bed (160 x 200 cm) has the best view of the house. From here you can overlook the whole Binnerotte Square and see the Market Hall and the Laurens Church. On the market days or during big events this is the best place to take a peek. The room has a clothes rack. It's location, facility's and comfortable beds and sofa are worth the climb of the 3th floor stairs every day during your stay :) Guest access Our cleaning lady's need there time after every booking to make sure the apartment is clean and up to your standarts before you can use it. Our check out time is 11.30 AM. From that moment you can leave your luggage at the apartment and pick up the key but they need the time until 3PM to clean. After 3PM you can check in at any time until 10PM. After that it is not possible to check in. We ask you to give us a estimated time of arrival a few days before you arrive so we can make sure we book time in the agenda so you can enter the apartment at this time. Other things to note The house is located on the 3th floor of the building and has no elevator like most of the buildings build after the war in 1952 in Rotterdam but the upside is that you get a free workout every day ;) We make the beds based on the amount of guest you put in your reservation. If you wish to use all the beds and bedrooms please make a reservation for 6 persons. We do this to keep the price attractive even if you travel with a small group. We do not allow guest sleeping on other places than in the beds. The sofa in the living room is not be used as a bed due to hygienic reasons and the maximum amount of people is 6. The apartment is heated by the city heating, from may until the end of september the heating company turns of the heat so the pipes are not heating during the summer days. Dutch summers are unfortunately unpredictable so we have cold nights during summer. For this we have electric heating panels in every bedroom. Please consult me during your stay if you get cold. Parking on the streets in the city of Rotterdam is very expensive. If you are traveling by car it's best to put the car in the City Garage on the Sint Jacobsplaats, for 24 hours the rate is 23 Euro's If you book a parking spot in advance on the Mobian website or app in combination with a bike or public transportation you get a free parking space .
