This stunning newly renovated family-friendly Victorian house is located on a quiet residential street with free parking, yet only 12 minutes by train into Central London. The house is next to Blythe Hill Fields, a park with a playground and incredible views across London and the South. Brilliantly located between Honor Oak Park, Catford and Forest Hill train stations and just a short walk to excellent local restaurants, pubs and cafes. The space Our house sits at the top of Blythe Hill Lane, a quiet and peaceful road with a really friendly community. There is a local Irish pub (Blythe Hill Tavern) 5 minutes walk away at the bottom of the road and Blythe Hill Fields at the top of the road, which has spectacular views over London. Our house has step free access, with an entrance hall that leads into an open plan living space. The lounge area has a day bed, a two seater sofa and an armchair. We have a family sized dining table with 6 chairs. Steps lead down to the kitchen, which is well equipped with an excellent oven, fridge/freezer, Dualit toaster and Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. Upstairs there is a family sized bathroom with a great shower and bath. Bedroom two has a bunk bed with 100% cotton linen and we have a toddler bed which is available to use if requested. The bedroom has plenty of floor space for playing and from the bedroom window are views over South East London. Bedroom one is on the second floor and has a brand new ensuite bathroom. There is a new king size bed with a pocket sprung, memory foam mattress with 100% cotton bed linen, which is incredibly comfortable. The full height windows slide open to views across South East London and beyond. Outside we have a quiet, secluded decked and paved garden which gets plenty of sunshine.
