The stand-alone 800 sq. ft. guest suite features an open floor plan: full kitchen, dinning area, cozy living area with fireplace and large TV. Master suite is upstairs and includes 1 queen bed and a trundle. Minutes away from Pinnacle Mt., Wedding venues, wineries and P. Allen Smith's Moss Mountain Farm. Guest suite is located behind the main house on a peaceful wooded acreage lot. The cottage is a 2 story house- the kitchen, living room, dinning nook and bathroom are downstairs while the master suite is upstairs. Private parking for guest (Maximum 2 cars). Guest have access to pool (when open May 15th -Sept 15), outdoor cabana & outdoor fire pit area. Not suitable for children or infants. Guest have a separate private parking space (max 2 cars) and seperate entrance to the guest house. We live in the main house on the property but give our guest 100% privacy. We are available for any needs or questions. Casa Blanca is located on wooded acreage in Roland, Arkansas. Little Rock and surrounding areas have great hiking & bike trails. The Big Dam Bridge is the longest bridge in North America built for pedestrian & bicycle traffic and offers scenic trails along the way. Big Dam 100 Tour is an annual event & runs in front of our home and offers some beautiful mountain & river scenery. UPDATE DURING COVID-We are following the industry health association: All towels & bedding washed in hot water that is at least 60c/140f. All hard surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant.
