Inexpensive accommodation near the city center

We offer a part of the warm and tidy basement room in our house for inexpensive and comfortable accommodation. There are a living room, a kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a bathroom with a toilet. The space We live in a three-storey house and rent out a furnished room in the basement of our house. There is allmost no daylight in there. The ventilation is possible through a little window in the room and can be improved by opening the door and the second window at the opposite side of the basement. The room is always pleasantly warm. People who have already slept in the other rooms in the house, have told me that the basement is the place where they sleep the best and where they have the most calm. Guest access The guests can use the following common rooms if they leave them clean after usage: - bathroom with toilet - toilet - kitchen During your stay Guest can allways contact me during the day (7 to 21 h) by message or phone if the need me. Other things to note We don't wear street shows in the house but leave them at the entrance. We have two nice cats who are quite fearful with unknown people and don't bother guests at all. They walk freely in the house. So please always keep the door of your room closed. If you have an allergy to cats, please do not book!
