We are steps to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, shops, the library, The Blue Goose event center and the beloved High Hand Nursery/Cafe. A short 2 minute drive to I 80 access, Starbucks, Raley's, a Tesla supercharger and a stone's throw from the neighboring towns of Penryn, Newcastle, Rocklin and Granite Bay. This is an ultra convenient, clean, completely updated and comfortable place to unwind. The space This single story 3/2 is completely updated with new everything. It is light, bright, modern, private and both cheerful and soothing. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king bed, full ensuite bath, 55” smart tv, walk in closet and sliding glass doors to the back patio and yard. The adjacent rear bedroom offers two twin beds and the hall bedroom has a queen. The living space has a 65” smart tv and is open to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You have access to the oversized 2 car garage for parking and laundry and sliding glass doors off the living room and master bed offer access to the fully fenced side and rear yards. We are family friendly, and dog friendly for those who are fully house broken and do not bark excessively. Infant items available upon request (pack n play, changing, pad, toys/books, highchair) Guest access You have access to the entire house, including an oversized 2 car garage for parking and laundry and a fully fenced small yard. Please message us if you are seeking a stay that currently shows unavailable...sometimes we have some flexibility with length of stays etc. that can't be reflected on the calendar Other things to note We love and respect our neighbors, many of whom have been here for generations and have young families so this is not the space for you if you cannot respect quiet hours and house rules, or dislike the sounds of children playing at recess during the school year and the occasional train. We use a vacuum with a HEPA filter and a medical grade air filter between guests which can be available on poor air quality days. The home is a halfplex, so while it is its own parcel and very quiet and private, it is attached to another house (though there is no shared wall per se). We back to our local elementary school and proximity to downtown means we are also near the train depot. For guests with longer term stays (>28 days): No mail may be received at the address regardless of length of stay. Starter toiletries and supplies are provided.
