All amenities are private. The space Country setting with no one near by. This resort is on 10 acres with the host living next door. Outdoor kitchen area for grilling and outdoor bar seating. 3 Lounge chairs by the pool which has a stunning waterfall and rock formation dive platform. Lighting at night is breathtaking. There is a fire pit out front for your enjoyment. It’s Paradise in the outdoors. Astonishing views. Peaceful and serene for the person that wants to get away from the rat race of the city. Essential oils for your pleasure. All amenities are private. Guest access You Will have access to the entire 10 acre property except for the living quarters of the main house. The resort, the pool, the deck, the pond and gazebo, fire pit, volleyball court, outdoor kitchen and acreage to enjoy. The neighbors have llamas, horses, cows, and other wildlife that can be admired from a distance. We are also within minutes of Lake Ray Roberts and Lake Lewisville. We are also minutes from several surrounding cities with great restaurants and everything at your fingertips. All amenities are private. Other things to note ** Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19, special precautions are being taken. We are performing extensive cleaning and disinfecting daily prior to your arrival. If you stay more than 3 days we will disinfect, clean and refresh your towels. Everyone’s temperature will be taken at the gated entrance. If anyone has any fever at all no one will be allowed in and there will be no refund so please make sure everyone is well before your arrival. Refunds will be made prior to arrival, if necessary. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and It is near the pool. There is a propane grill and running water with a sink. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the sunroom.There are also 2 coffee makers. Be sure to bring your fishing gear and roller blades for your entertainment. Some board games and cards are provided and have been disinfected along with everything else you will come in contact with. The entire property is also sprayed for insects once a month. During the week you may see people working around the property but you won’t see people working on the weekends. All amenities are private.
