The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood. The space Our house is in a quiet location on a hill between San Martino and Santa Maddalena. From the balcony and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Val Casies and the Dolomites. Guest access All guests are allowed to use the shared laundry room (for washing machine and dryer, a contribution of €2/cycle is required), the storage room for sports equipment: skis, boots, bicycles; as well as the garden, with the possibility of grilling and eating outdoors and letting the children play in the small playground equipped with swings, slide, wooden house, tree house, trampoline and sandpit. Other things to note We provide a microwave, cots, high chairs, sleds and other children's equipment on request and free of charge. E-bike rental is available.
