Villa Fortezza, private pool and panoramic lake view

The best thing about Casa Fortezza is the 4 x 10 metre private swimming pool, closely followed by the magnificent 180° view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. From the very spacious living and dining room with a large panoramic window, you can access the two sun terraces. Sun loungers are available for a relaxing siesta in the sun or in the shade. The space There are also two bedrooms with double beds in the living and dining area. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet or with a shower and toilet. All the bathrooms in the house were completely renovated in the spring of 2023. The living room is equipped with Wi-Fi and a satellite TV. A few steps down the outside staircase lead to the separate studio one floor below. This has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The studio is not rented out over Christmas/New Year's Eve. This room, equipped with a terrace and an awning, also invites you to sunbathe and relax in the summer. In summer weather, the wonderful private pool, which is available for your exclusive use, offers the opportunity to swim. You can relax wonderfully and enjoy the sun. Lake Maggiore is a few minutes away by car and offers the opportunity to practise water sports such as kitesurfing, sailing, surfing and swimming. Why not spend a day strolling through the market in Luino or visit Milan Cathedral on a day trip? Trips to Switzerland are also easily possible, with Lugano and Locarno only about 40 minutes away by car. The kitchen was completely refitted in January 2020, the terrace was completely renovated in 2021, and all the bathrooms were refurbished in 2023. Of course, the following amenities will make your everyday holiday life easier: a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic hob, a Weber barbecue, a coffee machine (capsules), a hairdryer and a washing machine are provided. If desired, a cot, a high chair and a changing mat are also available. You can conveniently park your car in the private, lockable garage (2 m high). There is space for one car in the garage. A staircase leads from the garage to the living area. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly. It has a depth of about 2 metres throughout. Children must be supervised. The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October and is not heated. From October to March, a fireplace is available, which can be fired with wood. Guest access A second or more cars would have to be parked in the public, free parking lot at the post office / pharmacy. On foot, it is 5 minutes down or up the mountain from the house to the parking lot. There is no way to park another car directly at the house.
