The house is located in a very quiet condominium, on the edge of the Coti-Chiavari state forest. It consists of: - A "dormitory" part with 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets - A "living room" area with 1 large living/dining room and kitchen - A panoramic terrace, overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Îles Sanguinaires and the Pointe de la Castagne - A sheltered terrace with a BBQ The house is surrounded by a wooded garden, with a Jacuzzi area, and an outdoor shower. Access to the beach: Portigliolo beach is less than a 5-minute drive (free parking), or a 10-15-minute walk downhill and 15-20 minutes uphill, via a pleasant path through an orange grove and the maquis "Dormitory" area: - All 4 bedrooms include 2 single beds, to be arranged according to your needs (double or separate beds), 1 closet and 1 standing fan. All rooms have outdoor access to a terrace (3 have sea views and 1 has maquis views). They were completely redone in 2022. - 2 shower rooms, each with 2 sinks and a large shower, and 1 includes a toilet. A hairdryer is available for your use. - A separate toilet The shower rooms and separate toilets have recently been completely redone (2022 and 2024). "Living room" area: - A large room with a dining area and a living area with a TV and DVD player. This room overlooks the panoramic terrace - An adjoining kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment and utensils (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, food processor, slicer), with a back kitchen (microwave, washing machine). The kitchen also overlooks a sheltered terrace, with a BBQ area Exterior/garden: - A large terrace around the house - Garden furniture - Outdoor shower at the back of the house - A Jacuzzi area - Sun loungers and deckchairs Leisure/entertainment: we provide you with: - Ping pong table - A dart board, - Beach equipment (parasols, beach chairs, beach rackets, balloons, children's games, masks, fins and snorkels) - A sea kayak - Many board games - Many books and comics In addition, for babies, we have a high chair and a "travel cot". Activities in the surrounding area The house is close to many beaches, the closest being that of Portigliolo, on which is installed a sailing club (FFV certified) where you can rent kayaks, windsurfing boards, catamarans, etc., and even take lessons there. You can also enjoy a straw hut on the waterfront on Portigliolo beach for lunch (paninis, salads etc.) A small supermarket (open between June and September) is located at the beach, and allows you to get by on a daily basis (hygiene and maintenance products, fruits, vegetables, bread, cereals, chips, alcohol, etc.), with a hut section to eat/drink. It is also possible to rent a boat for the day or 1/2 day (boats with license) A restaurant (Chez Mico) is located at the beach, which also has 3 tennis courts and 2 paddle courts that can be booked. Verghja Beach (Silver Beach) is a 15-minute drive from the house In Corsica, the mountains are never far away, so you can easily get there to hike, canyon, enjoy natural waterfalls, or even ski in winter in Val d'Ese The house can accommodate you in summer as well as in the other seasons, each room being equipped with heating.
