- City of Saratoga requires a minimum rental of 31 days. -Located in Bay Area (South Bay). -45 minutes to San Francisco. -Highway 85, Highway 880, Highway 280. -High Tech Companies like Netflix, Apple, Giggle, Friendbook. -Santa Cruz's many beaches and UCSanta Cruz. -You’ll love my place because of the coziness of the furnishings, the beautiful linens, the sunlight streaming in, the flowers, the cleanliness, the pool, and the surrounding views of the classic California foothills. The space This bedroom is at the cool end of the house with a view of the pool. It is the quietest room in the house. One car may be parked in the driveway, and additional cars out front. Guests have a private entrance. Guest access The pool will only be available in the summer months, and I must be present if guests wish to use it. Please ask me for assistance with the laundry facilities. During your stay I will be in and out of the house on my own schedule, but am happy to help when I'm around.
