This is an upstairs condo with mountain views. It has a comfortable living area with desk, chair, Roku TV and internet to stay connected. The dining area seats four. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Washer & Dryer inside unit. Enjoy your private covered balcony overlooking the pool area. Assigned covered parking near unit. Washer and dryer are inside unit. The space This unit is located in a small condo complex called Desert Gold. The complex is very guest friendly, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. You can enjoy the large pool, heated spa or meet your neighbors in the expansive courtyard. The community area has tables, chairs and three gas barbeques, all available for your use. Guest access Guest will be required to agree to and sign guest terms and conditions and follow HOA rules which will be emailed. If you have questions, please ask in advance. $100 per month cap on utilities.
