Our 3-room apartment (69 m²) can accommodate 1-4 people and is lovingly furnished with antique furniture. It is centrally located yet quiet and in one of the best residential areas. The infrastructure offers good connections and local amenities. Guest access Except for two box compartments containing private items, the entire apartment area is available for guests. Other things to note In the cultural capital of Graz, you will encounter the past of this city and the history of Austria at every turn. Books about it as well as works on art and travel, but also novels can be found in the house library. In quiet hours, you have the opportunity to browse through it in a stylish living atmosphere. In just a 3-minute walk you can reach the University Hospital Graz and the direct tram or bus connection to Karl-Franzens University, University of Art, Technical University, Opera, Main Square and Main Station – without having to change trains. ATM, grocery and drugstore, bakery and three restaurants are also within walking distance. Within walking distance you will reach the local recreation area Leechwald with the Hilmteich. On a path in front of the house, along the Leonhardbach, you can jog or cycle quickly and comfortably to the center. There are also public sports fields for badminton, tennis, street, volleyball and soccer in the immediate vicinity, which you can use free of charge.
