The space With its own bathroom/laundry, private entrance and free off-street driveway parking, the property is a short walk to the beautiful Ferndale Walking Track, a few minutes’ drive to Chatswood Golf Course, 8-10 minutes’ drive to two major shopping centres (Chatswood and Lane Cove), and 20 minutes to Macquarie University, Macquarie Business Park, and Sydney CBD. A bus stops a few minutes’ walk away from the property, and takes about 10 minutes to Chatswood, a major shopping and transport hub. The train from Chatswood to Sydney CBD is frequent and takes about 20 minutes. The kitchenette contains a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and there is a small gas barbeque in the garden which guests are welcome to use. Guests have access to high speed internet. Smoking is not permitted inside the studio, but is allowed in the garden.
