The space The apartment is on the fourth and last floor (no lift) of a building in the monumental Via Dante Alighieri, located in the pedestrian area of the center of Florence. The main room is a studio with a queen-size bed, a sofa and a living area with a table. Kitchen and bathroom are tiny, yet lovely and functional. The private terrace has a breathtaking view of the tower of Palazzo Vecchio and of many other important buildings. Tiny though comfortably livable, the terrace is the ideal place to plunge into the magic light of Florence. Guest access All of the apartment is at exclusive use to the guests; including bathroom, kitchen and the private terrace with an awesome view on the monuments. Other things to note You are renting an apartment in the pedestrian area of the city center. This means that using your own car can be quite tricky. We suggest to park at one of the public parking spaces outside the city center or into one of the private garages in the area. The house is located in the bustling city center: this means that, sometimes, especially during the summer, you might hear the noise of the happy Florentine nights four floors below. The noise is far, though! The apartment is very luminous. It is located on the fourth and last floor. Please note that there is no lift and you will have to climb about 90 steps.
