At the front of the house is a lovely enclosed courtyard grass area with an outdoor lounge to catch the morning sun! We are lucky to have a huge reserve at the end of the street (20 metres from the front door) which has a lovely outlook and great for the kids to have a run around, bike ride or kick of the footy. The local ‘pirate park’ with flying fox is only a short stroll away. 400 metres from the house is the beautiful Barwon river. Perfect for a stroll, bike ride, or to go fishing. Sunrise and sunset are particularly amazing. Double driveway for 2 cars. Note. The main bedroom walk in robe is locked and inaccessible but there is ample drawer space and a mobile clothes hanger for use.
