Studio with balcony on the 1st floor

Studio - consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a bedroom and a small kitchen. There is a private balcony with landmarks views. The studio is located in the Helenental Pension & Apartment in the historic part of Baden, surrounded by old villas in a very quiet area of the city. Guests can use the garden with outdoor furniture. In the garden of the house there is a grill area and a playground with slide, swing and sandpit. Apartment area 26 sq.m. The space The apartment is located on the first floor in a guest house with separate apartments and hotel rooms with all amenities. Extra beds are possible upon request and at extra cost. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests can use the guest house's entrance lobby, furnished courtyard garden, grill area and playground on site. Laundry is possible for an additional fee. We provide a 15% discount on admission to the Roman Baths, a free wine tasting at the Vinotheque in the city center and discounts on various cultural and sports events in the city.
