You’ll have shared access to a beautiful backyard which includes a grill, fire pit, waterfall, couches, lounge chairs, an abundance of trees, sun, and sometimes morning fog. Available from 9-9 4 guests MAX. Guests who choose to bring more than 4 guests will be charged $500 extra per night per guest. Your guest suite includes 1) private entry with smart lock 2) living area with queen bed, couch, tv, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and 3) en suite bedroom featuring a queen bed, dresser and large closet. The entire unit spans 750sq ft. This unit is under our main living quarters, so you will hear us walking around upstairs. Earplugs included :-) If you're a super light sleeper, this may be a distraction for you. Please use the driveway for unloading and loading only and park your vehicle on the street in front of property. If there are no spots in front of property, please let me know. Thank you. Privacy and tranquility prevail. Please feel at home and ask if there is anything you need to make your stay complete. For example, early check-in or check-out are possible. The most special part of the Rolling Woods neighborhood is its proximity to Henry Cowell State Park which is two blocks. Tie up your boots and hike or hop on your mountain bike without getting in the car! Rolling Woods is also close to Silicon Valley (approximately 20 miles) and some of the world’s finest beaches (5miles). You’ll probably find your own car preferable although Lyft/Uber are readily available. You can also ride your bike to town or the beach (5 miles). Trash/recycle pick up: Tuesday morning. Trash and recycle bins are located next to the garage if you wish to remove your trash. Extra trash bags are available on bottom of waste basket. Gardeners/house cleaners: Thursday mid-day for about two hours. If using electric heater, please turn off before running any appliances, especially hair dryer! It will trip the breaker. If you trip the breaker, just text me and I'll reset it.
