Only 2 minutes walk to bus stop to Manchester centre. 12 minutes walk to Sale town centre & metrolink station where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops. The space This modern flat (is below our family home) and is reached via steps to a separate private entrance at the rear of the house(via the garden gates). Fully equipped kitchen including tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and pans should you wish to cook .Table and chairs (can double up as a work station). The spacious double bedroom, has lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The modern, stylish bathroom includes a large shower. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board available. We reside above the property and can be on hand for any questions you may have, but you are free to come and go as you please. Guest access Access to the apartment is via driveway( past 2 parked cars) & through garden gate to the left. Private entrance is down some steps. A lockbox is situated to the left of the door. Other things to note Parking is available on the street, opposite the property. There are parking restrictions outside the property- from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm. Saturday & Sunday’s are free all day. Parking is also available further down the road(past the Pear Tree Nursery). Extra guests staying overnight during your stay will incur a charge of £29 per person per night & this must be made at the time of booking, otherwise there will be charge of £45 per person per night without prior notice. EV charging available on request & must be booked in advance. Cost per Kilowatt is 55p. Sofa bed - if requested in addition to the double bed provided, an additional charge of £15 per night, will be made at the time of booking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please remove shoes, on entering the apartment & place on floor mats provided. No loud music at anytime, & please limit the number of visitors entering the apartment( no visitors beyond 10.30pm), for the consideration of the neighbours & the host living above the apartment.
