Blue Single Room in City Center

Single room with shared bathroom and kitchen in the city center, close also to the main train and bus station in a flat that is a professionally-managed short or long term rental, not someone's home. The space One of the 4 private single rooms ("blue", "red", "orange" and "green") in the attic apartment with cool, colorful and convenient outfit for young individual tourist traveler or student (under-, postgraduate and EU projects exchange student, internship or similar) or a small group in the 5th floor with elevator access on Dalmatinova street in the very city center of Ljubljana, only 5 min. walk from the old city center attractions! This private room has been carefully maintained, offering shared washing and drying machines, a shared kitchenette (fully equipped, incl. micro-wave, stove and refrigerator) and a shared bathroom (having shower) with toilet. It has a CATV connection (without TV) and a free high-speed broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. The room is equipped with a single bed with bed linen and towels, working table with a drawer, a chair, a wardrobe, a fan, all necessary lights and a book shelf on the wall. The apartment is calm and yet in the city center so there is no need for using the car in the city. However, if you need parking (in the neighborhood, not more than 5 min. walk away), it can be arranged either free or for a fee based on availability and reservations must be made in advance. In front of the building there is also a city bus and taxi stop. Food stores, cafés etc. are not more than 5 min. walk away - or just around the corner. The price already includes all costs! However, a late check-in or an early check-out may be charged extra, if applicable. If convenient, a private airport pick-up or other transfers can be arranged for a small fee. Even though this is a single room, there is a possibility that one more person is accommodated in the same room, sleeping on the mattress on the floor next to the bed - provided with linen and based on prior availability confirmation with a minimum fee of 10 EUR per night! Other things to note Important notice: if you are a short-term guest (your stay is long up to 1 month only) OR if you are a long-term guests who is not a student and your stay here is not within your educational program (studies or similar) and if you are not exempt from the tourist tax payments, then please take into consideration that you are entitled to pay a tourist tax for short-term stays as well as for the first 30 days of your long-term stay at 3,13 EUR per person per night.
