Our large duplex is located in the Cité d'Aleth neighborhood, in front of the port of Bas Sablons facing Intra-muros, in the city and at the beach. You park your car for free and everything is within walking distance! Located on the 2nd and top floor of a townhouse, this duplex is bright, quiet and comfortable with 8 real beds. The real plus is its 20 m2 terrace, fully equipped for dining and lounging while enjoying a magnificent sea and intramural view. Ideal for 2 families. The space The location is ideal in the historic district of the City of Aleth and the Solidor Tower, opposite Intra-Muros which is a 20-minute walk away. Our duplex is on the 2nd and top floor of a seaside townhouse, it consists of 2 floors. The staircase is typical of Malouine houses, that is to say narrow but regular. However, it can be difficult to climb for people with walking difficulties. It is of course not at all suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the 1st floor you will find the 2 master bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and the beautiful living room facing the sea. On the 2nd floor, on the right, the large dormitory bedroom and on the left a beautiful 20 m2 terrace with panoramic views, to eat, sunbathe, drink an aperitif and have a barbecue facing the sea.
