We offer Bungalow in Shah Alam with 12 rooms (10 AC & 2 fans). Private pool 19X18 feet big enough for everybody. Indoor games: table tenis, soft archery. Complete cooking utensils, BBQ Pit, fridge and chest freezer to do your very own cooking & BBQ. Big common area complete with dining table suit for 20-35 pax suitable for small wedding. birthday or family gathering. Guests can enjoy karaoke, wifi and netflix for free. Surrounded by kampung area to enjoy the fresh air . The space this is a big bungalow comprises of 4 units split-entrance house. There are two houses at ground level and two houses at 1st Floor. There are three rooms with attached bathroom in each house. The price we offered is for 3 unit only , while the other unit we keep it for backup. each house is provided with beds, fridge, toilets, television, kitchen and other basic amneties. Patrons can use the common areas that can accomodate any kenduri, bbq, hi-tea which has a big swimming pool, bbq pit, stove and indoor games. Guest access The house is divided into 3units , one unit consist of 2 rooms with aircond queenbed + 1 room ceiling fan singlebed and small family dining hall with kitchen cabinet ,water dispencer hot/ cool water , TV and wifi. With all the appliances above should multiply by 3, therefore guest will get 10 aircond room+ 2 room single rooms with all attached bathroom, 4 LCD TV included youtube with karoake at the common area, 2fridges and chest freezer Guest can cook and bbq brick type near by the pool as shown the photos. At least car (max 10-15) and bus can park nearby the homestay. Other things to note No alcohol , non halal food and pet such dog in the house. Cat is acceptable . Maintenance for the swimming will be donefor every week upon check in.
