Welcome to Sunset Getaways AZ in Tucson. With a stunning view of the Catalina Mountain Range, private pool, grill, and fire pit, you’ll never want to leave. The space The Sunset Getaways AZ home is a single story, roomy two bedroom house in immaculate condition set in an upscale, private neighborhood and close to all that Tucson has to offer. Inside is a comfortable living area with sofa and a recliner plus a 65” 4K Smart TV with all sports channels. A separate den features a loveseat and access to our private, fenced backyard. The kitchen is sizeable with a dining table and bar seating and all you need to whip up meals or snacks. The main bedroom features a king bed and mounted TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the study area has room for the provided twin rollaway bed. One bathroom offers a shower and a second offers a tub/shower combo. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for convenience along with complimentary wifi. The large garage can may be used by guests, and I have a garage door opener you can use during your stay. The backyard is the shining star of the Sunset Getaways AZ and features a 5’ deep oasis pool (non-heated) with rock waterfall, palm trees, covered patio seating, propane grill, and fire pit, all overlooking city lights and the Catalina Mountain Range. It’s as relaxing as it is breathtaking. You will have full use of the home (with the exception of the fireplace in the den) with your privacy and magnificent views, but I am an RN who lives close by if you need anything at all. The neighborhood is super safe, patrolled by a 24-hour security guard. No pets/ESA, smoking or parties allowed. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the home with a keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be provided to guests approximately 10 days before check in.
