Nice wooden house, Bassin style, located in Arès in a quiet area, a few minutes by bike from the beaches of the basin and the swimming area of St Brice. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 master suite upstairs, the house can accommodate 6 people. We had a 7.50 X 3 swimming pool built this winter for you to enjoy this summer. The space The house consists of a large 50 m2 living room with a sitting area, American kitchen and a dining area. This room opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. On the ground floor, a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: - one bedroom with 2 independent 90 cm beds - another with two 90 cm beds that can be combined to become a double bed. - a walk-in shower room and separate toilet are common to both bedrooms Upstairs: Large mezzanine with desk area, TV area with sofa 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom + toilet Guest access Very quiet neighborhood, no parking problems, outside in front of the house We travel a lot by bike, the bike path being at the end of the garden! Other things to note Special feature during the summer: flexibility in terms of departure and arrival days. Example: arrival possible on Friday and departure possible on the following Saturday or Sunday
