Welcome to our newly renovated and newly furnished "Rö 80"! Your ideal accommodation for a short vacation in the Bergisches Land or a business trip. Here you will find everything for a relaxing stay, whether for a few days or even for several weeks. The space The approx. 50 sqm, bright apartment is on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building with high ceilings. This self-contained residential unit offers a separate bedroom with a large window and a living room with two large windows, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, both also with windows, and a hallway from which all rooms are accessible. Behind the apartment door with a security lock, you enter the hallway where you can hang your coat. Opposite is a large wall mirror. The living room is modernly furnished, but receives a special comfort thanks to the antique, extendable mahogany table with matching chairs. Here at the windows you can enjoy your meals and also work on the laptop. To relax or read, you can sit in the armchair or make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa. This is a sofa bed and offers up to two CHILDREN a cozy night's sleep (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 meters). From all three seats, you have a good view of the LED TV with cable connection. In the modern bedroom, the Asian pictures create a soothing ambience. The bed is 1.60 meters wide and has a new, continuous pocket spring mattress with two separate slatted frames. There is also a spacious wardrobe and a luggage bench. The decorative mannequin is an ideal valet. The new kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find everything you need for preparing food and drinks. In addition to the large fridge with freezer, oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, you will also find a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. Depending on your preference, you can use the filter coffee or Nespresso machine, and as a tea drinker the kettle. Microwave and toaster are next to it. In the brightly tiled shower room, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, disinfectant and a hair dryer are available, toilet paper and Kleenex of course. Each person gets a large bath towel and a hand towel. For longer stays, we can arrange the change of beddings and towels individually. Guest access Check-in should be between 3 pm and 8 pm. If that doesn't work for you, we'll find another solution. If possible, we will give you the keys personally and show you the apartment briefly. The whole apartment is for your own use. If you are arriving with a convertible, vintage car or bicycle for several days, we can offer you a private storage facility in the house if necessary. Other things to note Wuppertal is a great city with many sights (not just the world-famous suspension railway) and is located in the middle of the Bergisches Land with charming destinations such as Burg Castle or the Müngsten Bridge. Stroll through the old town's Luisenviertel in the footsteps of Pina Bausch? Visit Friedrich Engels in the Jubilee Exhibition or Tony Cragg's Sculpture Park? Marvel at the green zoo or cross the lion's enclosure by bike on the route? You can reach the entrance to the Wuppertal route in a few minutes.
