Private bath ~ peaceful, Beach house

Stay in a the master bedroom and enjoy your own private bathroom inside your room. I'm located just 5-10 driving distance from all the fun attractions in San Diego, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, and 1 block from the grocery store. Your room is fully furnished with all the amenities you could imagine for a beach getaway week in San Diego. The space You’ll have a private parking spot in the driveway, full access to a kitchen with all the appliances and everything you need to cook, and free Netflix. The room has 1000 mbps hard-wired internet. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels, shower products, iron, and a blow dryer. Your bedroom also has it own lock and key. If you enjoy biking, you are welcome to any of my beach cruisers- a fun way to check out the local beach neighborhoods. Guest access You’ll have full access to the shared spaces of the home, which are the living room, dining room, kitchen, and 3 outdoor patios. You may look forward to meeting other Airbnb guests, of which there are 2-4 others who will be sharing the shared spaces with you. Most often, however, you will likely see other guests only in passing as most people keep to themselves. You will probably run into me - Tara - your host. During your stay If you need to get a hold of me I reply quickly on airbnb. Other things to note The house is on a busy, main street/intersection, West Point Loma Blvd, and below the airplane flight path. A white noise machine, fans, and earplugs are provided. If you are especially sensitive to car, motorcycle, or airplane noise this is not the place for you. ♦ This is a home sharing situation with a few other Airbnb guests. Most often you will not meet the other guests, as people generally keep to themselves. You will likely run into me as I use & clean the kitchen and living rooms daily. The home is marijuana friendly but smoking and vaping indoors is not allowed. ♦ The home has exterior video/audio recording devices as well as one in the shared kitchen to ensure the home is clean at all times. ♦ • Air conditioning is not available. • No washing machine or dryer is available on-site ♦ A twin air mattress can be set up in the room if you would like to sleep in separate beds, for an additional fee of $100.
