Ideally located between the beautiful Howardian Hills & North York Moors, with stretching views over surrounding countryside and beyond. Plenty of privacy. ( The drive does need a car with clearance - sports cars will struggle) Wonderful woodland walks & cycle routes, directly accessible from our farm. Dark Skies designated area so officially one of the best places to see the stars! AND did we mention we are foodie central? The space Modern fully insulated shepherds hut with king size bed, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, double glazing, shower & proper working loo. Well equipped kitchenette & outdoor bbq/fire pit combi. Guest access The shepherds hut is situated in its own private field and guests will have this field entirely to themselves. Beyond this you will also have access to 160 acres of private parkland and woodland, please just ensure you shut gates behind you so sheep don’t escape! In addition we are directly adjacent to Forestry Commission woodland with numerous designated foot paths and cycle routes to explore. Other things to note The views here are stunning. Our postman has described it as the best view in Yorkshire! We are ideally located between the beautiful Howardian Hills & North York Moors, with incredible views over surrounding countryside and beyond, stretching all the way to the Dales, the Wolds, York and Harrogate. On a clear day you can see Drax and Ferry Bridge power stations and York Minster on the horizon.
