Tiny home in Austin

The Garage Studio with its private entrance is great for hideaway for long term guest or weeklong guests. It is "kinda" like a tiny home with it's Private Entrance with bathroom and shower. Private porch with chairs and table, BBQ grill and bamboo to bring privacy. Décor is Keep Austin Weird Style with art, film, music. The space The private entrance is a big plus for those who are here to enjoy Austin but prefer to come and go without to much socializing. Provided: full size fridge, 2 cook top stoves, microwave, dishes, silverware and pots n pans, Filtered water container and toaster. Laundry area is available. The draw back is there is no kitchen sink and you will need to 1. Wash in bathroom. 2. Bring dishes to me by 10pm to have when you wake up. 3. Order in. Guest access You will have full access to your garage studio and porch. Laundry room is available upon request. In a cul-de-sac so parking is a challenge but can be done. Other things to note As a SuperHost we want your stay to be wonderful so be sure to ask if you have any questions. If you have any questions about our lovely city I will be glad to give you ideas of more places to go and how to find them. The electric connection in the bathroom does not work but an extension cord is provided. (cost to fix is $3,000) Of course, there is NO smoking inside your room but ashtray is outside on the porch. If you bring your sweet dog be sure to not let them on the bed as others may be allergic and the cost of dry cleaning would need to be added. If you need potty bags please ask and the outside garbage is where to place the bag. If you become a long term guest of over 30 days then you must provide for your own toiletry and cleaning of your room. If maid service is needed please let me know and I will give you a quote.
