Tenant has a key for this private room, and also have access to the common area ( living room, full kitchen, and a balcony for laundry). You will be sharing the common area with other 4 tenants who study & work in Taipei. Therefore, it is an ideal living space to interact with international people. Tenant in this room will share a modern bathroom with other two people. We only offer mid to long lease ( 1 month to 1 year lease) so this is an ideal place for people who plan to live Taipei for mid to long term. ( no rental offers for less than 1 month stay.)
