This generous modern comfortable chalet bungalow with well established sunny private garden is located conveniently half way between Croyde Bay and Croyde village. In a quiet road it is perfect for families and over 24's mixed friend groups only. Max4 inc infants. 2 kids not wanting to share a room or TV? 2 couples both wanting comfortable doubles? You've found it. Tastefully decorated and super comfortable. You won't want to leave. No pets. The space You know when you pull in to this private road it is a peaceful corner of Croyde village. Park on the private drive and make your way in through the mature garden. Relax. It's a generous light filled space. The lounge has 2 ultra comfy big sofas with squidgy feather cushions and a TV with Netflix and ultrafast broadband. Tasteful and calm. Large patio open up on the south facing private garden. A picnic table sits under the magnolia with additional deckchairs and wooden seats for relaxing to watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with TVs) for 4 people (max inc infants) so plenty of room. A good nights sleep is key to a good holiday. White co Mattress toppers and linen; award winning soak and sleep pillows, feather and down duvets and blackout blinds help. The family kitchen with dining table is well equipped for the keen cook (it has an american style fridge freezer too) but the village with a variety of restaurants is just down the road if you fancy it. Join the footpath at the end of the road to wander down to the middle of the beach. An off the beach walk in shower and loo for the sandy adventurer is off the utility room which keeps the family bathroom for a more relaxing experience. No towels, shampoo, body wash are provided. (This option wasn't given on Air B&B site so I'm adding it here). Unfortunately not suitable for the elderly and less mobile. A travel cot (95x65) is provided but no baby bedding and a stair gate cannot be fitted. Car charging point in the village. Guest access The house described are for guests only. My possessions are locked away. Other things to note No pets, groups of under 24yr olds, stag/hen or non residents and max 4 occupancy inc infants, no smoking, person booking has to stay during the entire stay. Not suitable for the elderly or less mobile. Travel cot 95x65. Electric charging point is in the village. Charging at the house is not permitted.
