We wanted to inform you that our building is a historic property, and as such, the elevator’s functionality can occasionally be unpredictable. While we do our best to maintain it in working condition, there may be times when it is temporarily out of service. If the elevator is a necessity for your stay, we kindly ask that you confirm its status with us prior to your arrival. We will be more than happy to provide the latest update and assist with any special arrangements you may need. Please be aware that the balcony arrangements and plants may vary seasonally and might not always reflect the photos on Airbnb, though we strive to keep the space updated and inviting year-round. While the fireplace is functional, it is mainly used for ambiance with candles. Wood use is subject to seasonal inspection and approval, so it may not always be available for traditional use. Early departures and arrivals may be possible on a case-by-case basis. While considered extra services, they may occasionally be offered as a gesture of hospitality. Kindly confirm whether you would prefer the beds to be arranged as two separate singles prior to finalizing your booking. Starting in late November, renovation work will take place in the inner courtyard and on the back façade as well as outside. This may result in construction activity during working hours, but it is expected not to impact visitors in the evenings or on weekends. The price for December- January already reflects a 30% discount in consideration of the ongoing renovation work, ensuring a fair adjustment for any potential inconvenience caused. During the winter months, birds sometimes cause a bit of dirt to fall from the roof onto the balcony. While we ensure it is cleaned regularly, there may occasionally be some dirt between cleanings.
