Stone house in Vilaur, Can Cavaller

Can Cavaller is located in the quiet village of Vilaur. It has a garden with a barbecue and a totally private pool. On the other side it overlooks the village square without cars. It can accommodate 10/13 people, The space Ground floor: Living room and dining room kitchen with exit to the small square and garden and porch where you can eat outside. Two bedrooms, one double with a 180 bed and one with a double bed 150 and three beds and two bathrooms. 1st floor: three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace. Guest access You enter through a glass door that overlooks the church square (without cars) where tranquility always reigns. The ground floor consists of a room of about 50 m2 that serves as a living room with a fireplace and a dining room/kitchen, with lots of light, two large windows, one overlooking the square and the other overlooking the garden. The "era", with table, porch and barbecue, to enjoy meals in the sun in winter and fresh dinners in summer. The garden has bamboo and palm trees and below is the private pool, just for this house. Heating is with a wood stove in the dining room and low consumption radiators in the bedrooms. Firewood is provided for the first day, then it can be bought in the same village. There is a TV, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, equipped kitchen, oven and refrigerator. Stone walls, vaults and wooden beams are preserved. From the windows and terraces we have a good view of the countryside.
