Casa Porta Verde, Bale

Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 40 HRK). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city. It is ideal for relaxed family vacation and offers true experience of Istria's best. The space Casa Porta Verde is a typical Istrian stone house within the old town of Bale. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, with living space and kitchen on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (two on the 2nd floor and one on the ground floor), and bathroom and additional second toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and induction hob. Parking is 50 m away (free parking card is included in the price). You are allowed to park in front of the house to unload the luggage. Staircase is somewhat steep, therefore it may not be suitable for children below 3 years. However, there are doors for all spaces. We had our own small kids here over summer, and you just have to keep an eye on them. There is a table with four chairs on the porch to enjoy your morning coffee and nightly glass of wine. Other things to note Free tourist road-train connects Bale to Mon Perin Camp beaches regularly throughout the day.
