View of the Pyrenees: Gite Les Vallons

Want to escape mass tourism? Come and enjoy a stay away from the urban hustle and bustle in this cottage to enjoy special time with family or friends (max 8 people). You like the calm and the singing of birds, the pretty walks in the countryside with views of the Pyrenees, the typical villages and the local markets, don't hesitate! You will also be enchanted by its large swimming pool (4x11) and its view of the Pyrenees. The space The gite is fully reserved for you. During your stay you have access to the private garden of the vacation rental and the entire area reserved for the 2 vacation rentals. The vacation rental is on 3 levels, and stays cool in summer: it is an old building renovated with healthy materials. On the ground floor you will find: - a 50 m2 living room with a living room, dining room and open and fully equipped kitchen - a separate toilet - access to the terrace with its garden furniture On the 1st floor: - a bright bedroom with its shower room, and a desk and a quality 160 x 200 bed - another bedroom with its shower room and a quality 160x200 bed - bathroom with toilet and bathtub On the 2nd floor, a staircase (a little steep) climbs to an attic room, with 4 quality 90x180 beds. In total you have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Baby equipment available in the gite (optional): highchair, folding crib, bathtub, potty. The gite has been renovated with respect for the environment, and is part of an eco-responsible tourism approach, hence a dedicated Green Up 3 kw charging station (optional) in the parking lot. While being secure, the pool is open 24 hours a day from May to October, it is to be shared with another vacation rental. Souleilla de la Nine cottages are your Ecofriendly holiday destination! Guest access While being secure, the pool is open access from May to October, it is to be shared with another gite. Other things to note Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We are in a quiet countryside, but we are not alone. Everyone has a well-defined space, however we must respect quiet times, especially in the evening after 11 p.m. People outside the reservation are not allowed (due to insurance and parking spaces, we are not an ERP) unless prior written agreement! Included in the service: - Sheets (beds made) - - Heating (October to April) - Cleaning kit (sponge - dish towels - dishwashing liquid - dishwasher tablets - hand soap) - Cleaning - Bathroom mats, a roll of hand towels, a roll of toilet paper per toilet. - Internet (Wi-Fi) Not included in the service: - Laundry (Eco label mandatory) - Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) - Towels (optional) - Extra nights - Additional people - Electric vehicle charging (charging station available by reservation) The pool is open from mid may to end of September. It is to be shared. During this period it may be closed from time to time for treatments, technical or climatic reasons. In case of favorable weather, the opening period may be brought forward to early May and winter postponed to mid-October.
