Serenity at Hahei! If you are looking to escape the city and enjoy amazing sea views in a secluded location, this is the house for you. From the expansive deck absorb the views of Mercury Bay, Hahei Beach and island beyond. Or enjoy the tranquility of the private native bush behind the house. There is lots on offer in this area including the famous Cathedral Cove, Hahei Beach and Hot Water Beach. Just a five minute walk from the house is the local pub, cafe, ice cream and takeaways. The space On the lower level there is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. There is a newly installed heat pump and log burner to keep you warm all winter. A bathroom and laundry is also on this level. Upstairs features three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. One bedroom contains a queen bed, and the other has two single beds. The master and queen room both look out to the ocean, and have fans for keeping cool in the summer. Guest access The best way to get around the neighbourhood is walking, as everything is in close proximity. Hahei Beach is a 10 minute walk from the house, and the cafe, pub and dairy a 5 minute walk. One thing to note at this property is the steep driveway- the tradeoff for having such beautiful views! To access the house, there are two driveways. The main driveway is quite steep, and the second is through the neighbour's driveway (of which we have right of way)- more instructions to follow if you book with us!
