The space The Vivienda Atlantico vacation home, equipped with every comfort, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and one as a separate bathroom. Living room, kitchen and dining area are connected as a large, open living space, in front of which is – with sea views and fantastic sunsets – the over 20 sqm terrace, the kitchen also has a covered and also open to the sea breakfast corner. Of course, Vivienda Atlántico has a large TV with international programs, a stereo system for USB and WiFi connection – and a well-stocked bookshelf and CD rack. In addition to many loving and useful details, the spacious, stylish living feeling is supported by a walk-in "wardrobe" – a separate room offers enough space for all the things you need but don't always want to see! So 2 couples or a family with 2 children can have a comfortable and relaxing vacation – with individual retreats: in one bedroom there is a light-flooded, small lounge with two armchairs, in the other bedroom a quiet workplace. There is a shady underground garage for your rental car! Vivienda Atlántico was first rented out in mid-March 2017. The rental price is 70 euros for 2 people. Each additional person is charged an additional 15 euros/day, and the final cleaning is charged once at 90 euros. There are no additional costs – the use of the WiFi network is already included in the rental price.
