For stays of over five nights, I offer a complimentary cleaning service along with a change of linens and towels every 5 nights. Please request this service at least 24 hours in advance. If you require additional cleaning or a change of linens and towels, this can be arranged for a surcharge. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed instructions from me. The apartment is equipped with a Smart Lock, enabling you to check in effortlessly at any time after the designated check-in hour using a unique code that I will provide prior to your arrival. For your convenience, I can arrange a private airport transfer, and I will provide rates after your booking confirmation. City tax 50CZK/2EUR per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival. Valid government ID of all guests over 18 years old is required for online check-in. Link will be sent to you, where you will upload your IDs for verification. Apartment could be accessed only upon completion of online check-in. Once all guest information required by Czech law is submitted, the apartment access codes will be sent to you 1 day before your arrival. House rules: No Smoking Policy – Smoking indoors is forbidden. A fee of €200 will be charged to cover professional ozone cleaning if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
